Update: At this time all affected VPS's are online with no further issues. We do thank you for your patience throughout this matter.

Update: At this time only a handful of VPS's are offline, and we are working as quickly as possible to resolve the issues causing these to remain down.

Update: At this time the vast majority of VPS's are online. The system administration team continues to work on the remaining few. We thank you for all your patience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused.

Update: At this time some VPS's are online. The systems administration team is still working on bringing everything online and stable. We want to ensure that after this issue is remedied all VPS's will be stable for some time. We will provide more updates as they come available.

Update: Our System Administration team has identified a fix, and is working toward resolution. During this fix, there is a chance that all VPS' on any of the SAN units may come offline for a short time to resolve a systems issue.

As of 12:30 AM EDT, we identified that a number of VPS' went offline due to SAN3, SAN9, and SAN14 failures. Our System Administration team is actively working on this now and we will update this post as more information becomes available.
