We are getting in touch to provide you with a Hosting Status update. As of 12:00 EST we are still experiencing issues on our cloud infrastructure as per the original status post: https://status.asmallorange.com/?id=590. Our System Administration team is actively working on this now and we will update this post as more information becomes available. We must stress that this doesn't affect all of the Cloud infrastructure.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. We take uptime extremely seriously and know it is absolutely vital to our customer's web presence. If you have any further questions please let us know and we will do our best to answer them!

UPDATE 14:00 EST We wanted to update you regarding the Cloud issues we are experiencing. We are still working to resolve problems permanently, and are aware of some stability issues still occurring. If your VPS is still offline, please know that we are aware and are very concerned with getting it back online as soon as possible. We are genuinely grateful for your patience through this.

UPDATE 16:43 EST We wanted to update you regarding the Cloud issues we are experiencing. Our team are working these issues as fast as we can and we appreciate this is a long outage but we ask for your patience and understanding as we will get this resolved as soon as we can. Thanks.

UPDATE 19:00 EST We wanted to update you regarding the Cloud issues that are ongoing. We are still working very hard to get this resolved. If your VPS is still down, please know that we are aware of it, and doing everything we can to restore service.

UPDATE 20:50 EST We wanted to update you regarding the ongoing Cloud issues. We are very sorry for the length of the downtime that is being experienced. Our System Administration team is working tirelessly to restore communication to the storage servers, which are having difficulty communicating with the servers that the VPS instances are hosted on. We are continuing to work toward resolution and stability. We genuinely appreciate your patience.

UPDATE (00:20 EST 12/29) Per our previous update, our Admins are working diligently to restore communication between our VPS systems and the storage systems, and subsequently bring VPS's online. We know that extended downtime is very difficult, and we are doing all we can to speed up the process. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this trying time.

We understand the impact this outage is having on our customers and our team is working around the clock to resolve it. Several server instances have been brought back online recently.
