SAN14 Service Interruption

As of 09:00 EDT, we've identified an issue with our SAN14 unit. As such sites on some VPS may throw internal server errors due to file system turning read-only. Our System Administration team is actively working on this now and we will update this post as more information becomes available.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. We understand service reliability is of the utmost importance. If you have any further questions please let us know and we will do our best to answer them!

UPDATE As of 9:26 AM EDT We are rebooting VM's on SAN14 to bring all SAN's back from read only Status, this should only take a short time, we'll update you as soon as this is completed.

UPDATE As of 10:05 AM This issue is now resolved and all RO VM's are now back and working as they should, if you see any issues please let us know on livechat or in a ticket, thanks.
