As of 04:39 EDT we've identified an issue with our Helpdesk. As such, ticket response times will be temporarily delayed. Our System Administration team is actively working on this now and we will update this post as more information becomes available.

As of 08:31 EDT, an issue was identified with primary name servers on our shared servers. As such, some sites hosted on the server may appear inaccessible or resolve slower than normal due to DNS issues. Our System Administration team is actively working on this now and we will update this post as more information becomes available.

SAN14 Service Interruption

As of 09:00 EDT, we've identified an issue with our SAN14 unit. As such sites on some VPS may throw internal server errors due to file system turning read-only. Our System Administration team is actively working on this now and we will update this post as more information becomes available.

UPDATE As of 9:26 AM EDT We are rebooting VM's on SAN14 to bring all SAN's back from read only Status, this should only take a short time, we'll update you as soon as this is completed.
