We wanted to let you know that we are planning a network maintenance in our Dallas facility today. The maintenance will include replacing a part of network equipment with new hardware.

All Hypervisors are running redundant network connections, so the maintenance shouldn't cause any service disturbance.

We are getting in touch to provide you with a Hosting Status update. As of 08:40 EST an issue was identified with our SAN7 unit. Our System Administration team is actively working on this now and we will update this post as more information becomes available.

Some VPS servers with storage hosted on the SAN7 unit may be inaccessible until the issue is resolved.
