Bizcloud servers migration - bizcloud7 and bizcloud8 - Tuesday, July 7th

We are getting in touch to let you know that we are doing migration of accounts from servers bizcloud7.asoshared.com and bizcloud8.asoshared.com to new servers on Tuesday, July 7th.

The migration will start at 10PM EDT and it will last around 2 hours and all the services will be unavailable during migration. As a preparation for the migration, cPanel access will be blocked at 10AM and it will be open when the migration is completed.

All the affected customers have been notified by email.

The migration process will be tracked in this thread and we will post update about each stage.

HVM89 Reboot - Friday, July 3rd

We are getting in touch to let you know about a reboot of our HVM89 hypervisor. This hypervisor is experiencing performance issues that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. Any virtual machines on this hypervisor will be inaccessible during this maintenance. Only VPSs on HVM89 will be affected.

UPDATE: All effected VPSs have been moved to another hypervisor. This issue is resolved.
