RES100 - Disruption to services / Restoration of July 4th Backup

We've wanted to let you know about a disruption to services on our RES100 server. This affects all sites on that server. We will provide updates as more information becomes available while we work on to resolve the issue.

At 16:10 EST today we found substantial data corruption on the RES100 server after it came back up, we are now running a bare metal restoration of this server but unfortunately it will roll back all data to the 4th of July, we do apologise for this inconvenience. Please bear with us for updates as to it's completion.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. We take uptime extremely seriously and know it is absolutely vital to our customers web presence. If you have any further questions please let us know and we'll do our best to answer them!

Update: As of 00:48 7/7/15 RES100's restoration is complete. Should you have any further trouble, please do not hesitate to reach out to one of our Tech Support Ninjas.

We've wanted to let you know about a network issue on servers RES100, DRAENOR, BIZCLOUD22, BIZCLOUD600 affecting websites hosted on those 4 servers. We will provide updates as more information becomes available while we work on to resolve the issue.

As of 14:40, this issue has now been resolved.

As of 18:55 EDT, RES100 is offline and are being worked on in another status update. Draenor, BizCloud22 and BizCloud600 are back online.

Bizcloud servers migration - bizcloud9 and bizcloud10 - Thursday, July 9th

We are getting in touch to let you know that we are doing migration of accounts from servers bizcloud9.asoshared.com and bizcloud10.asoshared.com to new servers on Thursday, July 9th.

The migration will start at 10PM EDT and it will last around 2 hours and all the services will be unavailable during migration. As a preparation for the migration, cPanel access will be blocked at 10AM and it will be open when the migration is completed.

All the affected customers have been notified by email.

The migration process will be tracked in this thread and we will post update about each stage.

Bizcloud servers migration - bizcloud11 and bizcloud12 - Wednesday, July 8th
