We are getting in touch to provide you with a Hosting Status update. At approximately 07:55 ET SAN7 on the Dallas Cloud experienced downtime. The san is currently being worked on by our System Administration team.
We have made every effort, and continue to work, to remedy the situation. As of 08:04, the status of these issues is unresolved We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. We take uptime extremely seriously and know it is absolutely vital to our customer's web presence. If you have any further questions please let us know and we will do our best to answer them!
UPDATE: The affected servers are rebooting and coming online now. All should be online shortly.
