Bizcloud servers migration - bizcloud5 and bizcloud6 - Monday, July 6th

We are getting in touch to let you know that we are doing migration of accounts from servers bizcloud5.asoshared.com and bizcloud6.asoshared.com to new servers on Monday, July 6th.

The migration will start at 10PM EDT and it will last around 2 hours and all the services will be unavailable during migration. As a preparation for the migration, cPanel access will be blocked at 10AM and it will be open when the migration is completed.

All the affected customers have been notified by email.

The migration process will be tracked in this thread and we will post update about each stage.

The networking uplink is currently experiencing trouble rendering a number of servers inaccessible. Our system administration team is working on to correct this problem presently.

Cloud SAN18 Performance Issue

We are getting in touch to let you know about a performance issue affecting servers hosted within the SAN18 network storage. This network storage is currently experiencing Input/Output issues rendering various servers working with delays writing/reading to/from the disk.

Bizcloud servers maintenance - Thursday - July 2nd

We are getting in touch with you to let you know about some planned
server maintenance that take place on Thursday, July 2nd. We will
be moving SAN14 and SAN15 Cloud data storages to a new, more customized,
cage that will provide us with better network and power management
options. This will affect one bizcloud shared servers:

bizcloud7.asoshared.com
bizcloud19.asoshared.com

The maintenance will be completed between 10 PM and 2 AM EDT.

During the move, we will stop all the cloud instances, unrack SAN data
storages from their current location, rack in the new cage and start
servers back up again. The whole process should take 90 minutes per server
and servers will be inaccessible during the maintenance.

Please let us know if you notice any problems with your server outside
of the maintenance window.

UPDATE: As of 00:50 EDT BizCloud7 maintenance is completed.

As of 00:50 BizCloud19 is in progress. Our admins are working to complete the move as soon as possible.

SAN14 and SAN15 maintenance - Thursday - July 2nd

We are getting in touch to let you know about planned Cloud facility
maintenance that we are conducting on Thursday, July 2nd. We will be
moving SAN14 and SAN15 data storages to a new, more customized, cage
that will provide us with better network and power management options.

This will affect all the Cloud VPS instances that are using SAN14 and SAN15.

All of the customers that will be affected by this move have been
notified via email.

The maintenance will be completed between 10 PM and 2 AM EDT.

During the move, we will stop all the cloud instances, unrack SAN data
