Shared servers maintenance - Tuesday, June 2nd

We are getting in touch with you to let you know about some planned server maintenance that take place on Tuesday, June 2nd. We'll be moving our servers to a new, more customized, cage that will provide us with better network and power management options.

The maintenance will be completed between 9PM and 11PM EDT. This is a list of servers that will be moved:

During the server move, we shut the server down, unrack it from it's current location, rack in the new cage and start it back up again, which should take around 30 minutes per server. Each server will be unavailable during the move for that time period.

We're getting in touch to let you know that at approximately 19:10 EDT, we began experiencing network issues at our Dallas location. Our System Administrators are currently working with datacenter staff to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will update this status and more information is available. Dallas Connectivity issue

We wanted to alert you to an immediate issue. At 22:15 EDT, we began experiencing connectivity problems at our Dallas facility that is affecting connectivity for some customers. Our System Administrators are currently working at resolving the problem.

We have made every effort, and continue to work, to remedy the situation by working with our Sytem Administration team. As of 05/25/15 01:00 EDT, the status of these issues is unresolved. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. We take uptime extremely seriously and know it is absolutely vital to our customers web presence. Imcgrunt Network Interruption

We wanted to make you aware of a Hosting Status update. At approximately 23:50 EDT imcgrunt began experiencing network trouble with a large portion of the websites being affected. This issue affects Imcgrunt and no other servers. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. We take uptime extremely seriously and know it is absolutely vital to our customers web presence. If you have any further questions please let us know and we'll do our best to answer them! UPDATE: We have completed moving all effected account onto new IP addresses. Anyone using our nameservers will have their DNS updated automatically. If you are hosting your DNS with a 3rd party service you will need to update your A record. Please contact our support with any questions.
