HN6 hybrid hypervisor maintenance - Tuesday - July 28th

We are getting in touch to let you know about planned Hybrid facility
maintenance that we are conducting on Tuesday, July 28th. We will be
moving HN6 hybrid hypervisor to a new, more customized, cage
that will provide us with better network and power management options.

This will affect all the Hybrid instances that are set up on the HN6
hypervisor.

All of the customers that will be affected by this move have been
notified via email.

The maintenance will be completed between 10 PM and 2 AM EDT.

During the move, we will stop all the hybrid instances, unrack
hypervisor from its current location, rack in the new cage and start
servers back up again. The whole process should take 60 minutes
and servers will be inaccessible during the maintenance.

Please let us know if you notice any problems with your server outside
of the maintenance window.

Hybrid servers maintenance - Friday - July 24th

We’re getting in touch to let you know that we need to perform a maintenance on the system that some of our hybrid servers are hosted on. The maintenance will affect hn1 and hn5 hypervisors.

Our engineers have discovered that one disk drive on the data storage unit that your server uses is not healthy, and needs to be replaced. In order to ensure that there is no data corruption, we will need to temporarily turn off power to the system and replace the drive while the system is offline.

This maintenance will take place on Friday, July 24th at 1AM EST.

The process should take around 60 minutes, and your server will be inaccessible during this maintenance window.

If you continue to experience any issues with your hybrid once the system comes back online, please contact our support team and they will investigate it further.

All the affected customers have been notified by email and we will also provide more updates in this ticket.

UPDATE 01:10 EDT: Servers on the HN1 hypervisor are being gracefully turned off in order to start the maintenance.
UPDATE 02:12 EDT: Maintenance has been finished for HN1 and begins for HN5.
UPDATE 03:06 EDT: Maintenance has concluded for HN5 and is therefore complete.

SAN16 maintenance - Tuesday, July 7th

We are getting in touch to let you know about the maintenance that we'll perform on the SAN16 network storage unit today. This maintenance will include switching the system from the secondary unit to the primary one and it shouldn't cause any downtime.

The maintenance will be completed between 10 PM and 12 AM

UPDATE: As of 00:30 we began experiencing issues with SAN16, and some VPS's are offline. Our System Administration team is working on the problem as of 00:50 and we expect resolution shortly.
