We wanted to let you know that we are experiencing intermediate networking
disturbance in our Dallas location. We are working on this and we expect everything
to be back up shortly.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.

Update (4:20 PM) - Network has been partially stabilized and we are seeing an
improvement in traffic. The situation is still being monitored by our system
administration team and we expect everything to get back to normal soon.

Update (5:20 PM) - We are still working on the networking issues. More
updates will be provided as soon as we will have any.

UPDATE (19:35 EDT) - Our System Administrators continue to work to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience!

UPDATE (22:00 EDT) - Work continues to be done to resolve this network issue. We will continue to update this post.

UPDATE (23:38 EDT) - The majority of affected servers have been addressed. We will continue to update this post as we move towards fully resolving this network issue.

UPDATE (01:15 EDT) - At this time, all servers should now be online. If you experience any further issues, please contact our Support Staff.

SAN3 Service Interruption

We are getting in touch to provide a hosting service update. As of 01:30 EDT, an issue was identified which is effecting VPS on SAN3 unit of our Dallas Cloud. We are addressing this issue and will provide more information as progress is made.
