Our System Administration team is actively working on this now and we will update this post as more information becomes available. Some VPS servers with storage hosted on the SAN6 unit may be inaccessible until the issue is resolved.

UPDATE (17:20 EST) We have identified an issue with the network and our system administrators are working on resolving it. We will update this post as soon as we'll have any updates available.

UPDATE (19:30 EST) Our System Administration team is still working to resolve issues related to SAN6. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Bizcloud18/Bizcloud19 Emergency Migration

We are getting in touch to let you know that we are doing migration of accounts from servers bizcloud18.asoshared.com and bizcloud19.asoshared.com to new servers Monday, January 4rd.

The migration has started as of 5:30PM EDT and it will last about 3 hours. All services will be unavailable during migration. All accounts will keep their current IP addresses and we do not expect any additional service disruption after the migration is fully completed.

UPDATE: As of 19:00 EST, our team is still working on the migrations. We will post as more information is available. Many apologies, your uptime is important to us.

UPDATE: As of 23:15, migration has finished and servers are back online. Please feel free to reach out to our support team if you are still encountering any issues. Thank you.

UPDATE 22:45 EST We are working to restart all VM's affected by SAN10 and progress is being made. We will post as more information is available.

UPDATE 23:15 EST Most VM's have restarted, and we are working to make sure that all VM's affected by SAN10 are working properly.

UPDATE 23:45 EST The majority of VPSs with storage on SAN10 have been restarted and are working properly. Some VM's on HVM115 are still having issues, and we are working diligently to resolve them quickly.

UPDATE 01:15 EST We are still experiencing issues with VM's on HVM115 and HVM120, and are working to resolve these so that VM's hosted on these HVM's will be online.

UPDATE 02:00 EST All VM's affected the the SAN10 outage have been restarted and tested to be online. If you continue to have any issues with your VPS, please do not hesitate to reach out for assistance.
